[IRCTC] | Forgot Irctc username or Email id? How to recover it?

Lost your irctc usr id? Follow the steps to find out your irctc user or login ID-

1. Login to your  email ID (gmail, ymail etc) which you generally use to sign in to irctc.
2. Use the search bar in your email to search for “irctc user id”
3. Open the first email and you will get your irctc user id.
4. Another method to find irctc user id is to use the auto-fill option in the website browser
5. You can also check the sms from irctc in your mobile phone looking for the irctc user id that you might have got when you signed up for irctc.
6. If all this fails, create a new irctc user id from here. (you will need a new email id and a new phone number that you have not used ) from here- https://www.irctc.co.in/eticketing/userSignUp.jsf
7. The recent irctc website has some UI issues. Opening in a firefox browser solves many of the issues.
